At Bada Bing Bada Body, we want you to absolutely love your skincare products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
Products must also be in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare products
Gift cards
Sale items or promotional bundles
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@badabingbadabody.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
